bridal packages
counting down to 10 months left and I still have not found the bridal for the actual day gowns and suit. went to a few bridal shops and they have advise that there are new collections coming up next year and suggest to take the next year package instead. the package is ranging from 3000+ now only for the actual day services. very expensive! tell me about it. also of cos I would like to see the gowns if any of them are of my likings as well. those plain pictures also would allow me to get engaged with the gowns like literally.
enough said on the bridal packages..
next thing on list will be the house warming in which many of my relatives are earnestly waiting for it. hello, it's coming right up.. reallllly soon.. :)

Wedding Album
Months has past, weeks has past and the long waited wedding album is finally here.
Was really overwhelmed upon knowing that the photo has reached my house.
Everything looks really good and certainly feels that it is really awesome.
There are some small items from the co-ordinator not sent to us.
Will definitely going to check with them on when we can received those items.
Needless to say, here you go a preview of the album.
And oh yes! I ask for 2 books ^^ one with 30 pages and one with 20 pages.
My brother and sister says Mr Chia looks like Oppa Gangnam Style. LOL

back to the topic on Wedding to do lists, two item down.
one the wedding photo shoot and the other, the hotel ballroom.
:) time line still not plan. I need to pali pali plan it. so that there will not be any last minute rush!! Lots and lots of research need to be done especially on the bridal gowns. mummy told me I need to wear Kua too. need to find florist? makeup artist? photographer? videographer? theme of the wedding? sisters and brothers clothes? guo da li items? need to know which dialect culture to follow. right.. all within 11 months time from now. Tell me about it.

busy busy
oh great. moving in to the new place is considered done.
living on our own outside is indeed very interesting.
things has to be done all by myself no more princess fingers.
thank god my mr Chia is willing to share some burden of house chores with me every weekly.
some of my friends and relative are asking if house warming will be organised.
well.. i would loved to, but it seems a little awkward situation here as we have not complete our wedding of the customary. we may not be holding any house warming or probably just as different groups of friends and relative to come by our house as and when they liked. :)
next thing on list it would be..... preparation of the wedding.
Photoshoot already done.. early this April / May when we were in Korea
Plus Honeymoon which mr Chia would like it to be.
whatever it is, more trips around the world we will still be going.

Choosing of date tentatively done, as long as we managed to book the hotel ballroom with the date we want. As our photoshoot is done, i assumed that there isn't a need for a longer time for preparation right? I hope my assumption is correct. :P

New House
the new house is finally completed and I have moved in quite officially.
no new pictures of my house will be up until further notice.
so stay tuned.
moving can be really tedious and lots and lots of packing needs to be done.
having 1 week break from work and everything, still not able to finish packing.
seriously, when can all the packing be completed.
cleaning of house is not a must as renovation from neighbours in all directions are still ongoing.
as such, a little bit of sweeping here and a little of sweeping there will be more than good enough for the time being until their renovation ended.
needs to get back to the packing mode.

renovation
after close to a month of research on renovations.
we have decided to engage a contractor instead of an ID.
for all the IDs we have been to, either, thet ignore us, don't know why probably we have given them to low budget with too many things to do, or they quote us exceeding our budget way lot! and what's more, that quotation given by them there are still so many fine details of charges not inclusive!
contractors may be cheaper, but we have to come out with our own designs and ideas for our whole house.
all these planning and researching excites us and also tires us as we need to keep going to several places to find the cheapest one. haha! need lots of money planning too.
any sponsorship?! haha!
back to contractor, we have finally engage the one that is recommended by a friend. he was prompt in all the queries and request we have made so far.
initially we were tied up with 3 choices, one recommended by uncle, one by boss and the other by friend. all three prices were neck on neck. however, we decided to choose one which had provided us with the best service. so far so good!
now, the start work can begin as the hacking of wall has been approved. hopefully by national day my house will be ready! and we can slack in our new home for that rare long holiday.

post key collection
hurray! key collection of my new home is done.
Now the next step is looking for IDs/Contractors.
Have been to a few IDs few weeks before the key collection. Unfortunately, either the price is too steep or they just don't even bother to get back to us.
so most probably will engaged a contractor instead.
cheaper. however, we have yet to finalize with anyone yet.
so many things we want to do.
have been looking around for other stuffs as well, like the refrigerator, aircon, basin, stove etc. expensive.
any sponsors? :P

Was browsing through the HDB website.and just to view on the status of our new flat. Guess what?!
Key collection appointment date is reflected on it.
I'm extremely overwhelmed by the latest update for waiting close to 4 years of waiting for this to be completed! ^^

oooo.. the HLE form is here.
Which means, in one month's time will be another letter for key collection.
so exciting.
after 4 long years of waiting.
currently pending for the approval and the amount of the HLE. hopefully we need not top up any further cash!!
keeping the fingers cross!!
also to approve before my KR trip on the week after this.
talking about that, i'm extremely excited on the trip. will post more in near future.
